Privacy Policy
How information is handled on bontrio.pro and which rights you can exercise.
Last updated: August 2026
1. Scope
This policy describes how personal data is handled on bontrio.pro. It applies to this site only and not to the third-party sites we link to, which are governed by their own policies.
2. Nature of the site
Bontrio is an information site built from static pages. It has no database, no account system and no server-side processing of the information typed into its forms.
3. What information is processed
3.1 Data you type into forms
The contact, subscribe and unsubscribe forms on this site run entirely in your browser through JavaScript. Submitting them displays a confirmation message, but the data is not transmitted to any server, is not stored and is not shared with third parties. Close the page and the information is gone.
If you need us to actually receive and answer an enquiry, email us at support@bontrio.pro. In that case we process the data you choose to include in your message for the sole purpose of replying to you.
3.2 Technical server data
Like any site published on the internet, the hosting provider may automatically log technical request data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system. Those logs are generated and retained by the hosting provider for security and service operation purposes.
3.3 Storage in your browser
We use browser local storage to remember that you have seen the cookie notice. That value stays on your device and is not sent to any server. You can clear it from your browser settings.
4. Purposes and basis for processing
Data you send us by email is processed in order to handle and answer your enquiry, on the basis of your own request. It is not used for profiling or automated decision-making.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell or transfer personal data. Information you send by email may be processed by the email service provider we use, acting as a technical provider.
6. Links to third-party sites
This site contains links to external operators, some of them affiliate links. When you click one you leave bontrio.pro and move to a site with its own privacy and cookie policies. We neither control nor take responsibility for how those third parties process data.
7. Retention
Emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and afterwards for any period required by legal obligations or to evidence the handling of the request.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, rectification of, updating of or deletion of the personal data you have provided to us, and you may object to its processing. To exercise those rights, write to support@bontrio.pro setting out your request.
In Argentina, personal data protection is governed by Law 25.326 and the supervisory authority is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, with which you may lodge a complaint if you consider that your rights have not been respected.
9. Minors
This site is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you notice such a situation, contact us so we can review it.
10. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Since we store no user data on our own servers, the exposure surface is minimal; even so, no method of transmission over the internet is entirely infallible.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in how the site works or in applicable rules. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its revision date.
12. Contact
For anything related to this policy, write to support@bontrio.pro or contact@bontrio.pro.
